Hello Kim, 1. Conduct a Google search on how to setup an iCloud email account in Windows and you will find the correct server settings.
2. Also, if you login to www.icloud.com, not only can you manage your email account from there but, you can also find the correct server settings for your account. 3. The short answer to your question, however, is that the incoming mail server address is: imap.mail.me.com And the outgoing mail server address is: smtp.mail.me.com Please keep in mind that while these server addresses do work, Apple may now be recommending iCloud.com server addresses. The thing about email servers is that most companies have more than one that a person can use, depending upon the circumstances.
