Wayne, The only way I know to do this is via a web site. Here's the one I use though I believe you are limited to twenty minutes of audio. There are some sites that don't limit in that way, but this one is usually good enough for my needs. Once you've created the mp3 (with the click of a button), you are given the option to download it to your computer.
