Hello, To be honest, I am not sure. I did look in the App Store and saw exactly what you are talking about, but after looking through the app, I am unable to find anything regarding this. To get a definite answer you could contact the developer. There is a contact button under the more tab at the bottom.
I did find where I could do away with ads for $4.99, and subscription buttons for the picks, but nothing regarding alerts. Just to let you know, there is also another place where you can set different types of alerts for each sport. Go to the Alerts Badge tab at the bottom. At the top of the page you will find 2 choices, Received Alerts and Set League Alerts. Received Alerts is just a list of all of the alerts that you have received in descending order, most recent first. It depends on how many teams you have in your favorites and how many types of alerts selected, my list goes back to last Wednesday, August 3rd. NOW to see the additional alerts, double tap on Set League Alerts, then double tap on the League or type of sport you want to see the alerts for. You will then see the list of different alerts available for that sport. I hope this has been helpful.
