A correction on this: Apple recently announced that they are combining Apple Music and iTunes Match, and will be gradually fading iTunes Match out. If you are subscribed to both, then you will just have Apple Music, at least I believe that's right. Check some of the Apple tech sites for full details, suchas iMore or 9to5 Mac. I heard this about a month ago. For the end user, this means that if you are subscribed to iTunes Match then you won't be charged for another year. It also means that you get the same functionality with iTunes Match, such as being able to download songs and get copies of songs in the cloud, added to Apple Music. IMO, they should have done this in the beginning, but whatever. It makes more sense to me to have them both combined in one service.
