Hi folks My employer is planning to set up a means of communications for the services of our municipality for which I am working.
That means, we want to bundle all kinds of social media conversations with which citizens can communicate with our municipality services. The software is called obi4wan. I guess it is a kind of web content chat application which groups all kinds of messaging for social media like facebook, twitter and whatsapp. Are there people having experiences with this kind of systems in connection with accessibility for screenreaders like the ones used on the Apple or windows platforms?
