I hope the latest update fixed how it was that you could be putting together an order, but then when you got to putting special instructions or adding an item to the cart that was really deep in the menu, the app would crash, and the order would be completely lost, such that if you risk putting items in your cart again, the same thing could happen. My last efforts at explaining this Met with no results, even when I sent a hardcopy letter to the company CEO; before the update, a rep did write saying that they knew there were problems with the app, and she advised me to place my orders through Safari, which had its own issues, but at least I could place an order.
