Sorry about that. I could have sworn that work. I think maybe used to, but maybe I'm just not remembering right. In any case, what will work for sure, because I just did it, is to go into the books listing then hit the "select" button select whatever it is you want to delete, then you will get choices near the top of the screen as to what you want to do with the items you have selected. Double tap on delete, and they go. Mary
