No iPad has the 3D Touch as far as I am aware, not even the pro. Other than the 
touch thing, the differences between the iPad mini for and the iPhone 6 have to 
do in the first place with the amount of real estate on the screen, thus more 
space between icons on your home screen for instance. Also, some applications 
are laid out differently. Notable here are the Mail app and the settings app. 
Also in Safari, somethings are not where you expect them to be, such as the 
setting to see all of your pages. On the phone, pages is on the bottom right. 
On the iPad, it's on the top. And other things are in different places as well. 
Web layouts on the iPad are more complicated, because there is more screen real 
estate. I think that the iPad gets the full website, where is the phone gets 
the mobile one.
