Placing them in dropbox, opening the bookin the dropbox app on your phone and tapping the export button at the bottom right of the screen will do it. Since you have so many, you may want to import them in to iTunes.Do the following, open itunes open the file menu and arrow down to the add file item. If all the books are in one folder you could select the add folder option below add file. Which ever one you choose, select the file or folder you want to add to iTunes. Select the open button and you should hear the tri tone indicating that the import is complete. Make sure that you have books selected to sync to your device. Perform a sync and your books should be in iBooks.
