That's sort of what I was thinking to. It'd be just like them to ketch
you in such a trick, but, oddly enough, when the 4g was activated, I
began to get these strange texts, informing me on how to better manage
my faster 4g speeds. They'd give you a few examples of locations with
free wifi, tips on using it from your homes wireless, etc. Fortunately
for me so far though, I've went back to the apple for a bit, as I have a
few frustrations with the droid, so no huge data charges, quite yet.
be well.

I cannot believe they do not charge for the faster speed. Of course maybe since
you chew through the data faster that is the tradeoff. And hey maybe you will
go over your cap and they can charge you even more. :)

Unless things are going to be different for the apple devices, 4g will not cost
extra. Currently, at least for devices that support LTE, android and alike, the
cost is exactly the same as it is for 3g, on the IPhone4.

You can bet AT&T will charge for the LTE (or 4G) service. I would bet that
phones by default connect to 3G and if you want the LTE speeds you would have to
request that through the carrier. I sure would not be happy to be paying the same
cost as you and you get faster speeds. :)

Subject asks it all. If no one knows this yet, I will try to find out shortly.
