Hi. Actually, I don't think Oliver was from Loquendo. I know Kate was but not Oliver. All the times I looked on their website and I've never seen a voice called Oliver. Simon I've seen though. I think Oliver was a new voice that Nuance made entirely. As for adjusting the speed of Siri, I don't think that'll ever happen because Siri is designed to be sorta human and no normal human can talk as fast as people set their synthetic voices to talk.
