If you do a one finger double tap, the watch will vibrate the whole
time. It will vibrate hours and minutes. If you do a one finger triple
tap, it will vibrate just the minutes. This assumes you already know
what the hour is and you just want to know the minutes.

Subject: Description of how Taptic Time works on Apple watch?
Now that watch OS is GA is there any comprehensive description of taptic
time? I am considering getting an apple watch now that I can tell time with
it with out the watch speaking. It looks like you have to set this up once
your watch is paired with your iPhone which probably means I can not try
this out in an apple store. A detailed description of how this feature
works would be appreciated.
