Hello, In iOS10, I am noticing that there does not seem to be a means by which one can control the notification of incoming calls using VoiceOver. I went to settings for phone and I have checked with the various call announcement options but my understanding of this feature suggests that this is not for Voiceover users since call announcement appears to stay the same. I know that one can disable speech if they do not want VoiceOver announcing a call but there should also be a means of controlling call announcement altogether since the information could also appear in braille.
