Hi, I would recommend the podcasts or information that can be found on the AppleVis website under the getting started with Apple Watch section. If you go to www.applevis.com there is a link on this page that is called getting started with your first Apple Watch. Opening this link will display a series of podcasts that you could listen to on such items as pairing the watch to getting walking directions. I hope this helps
