No, my swooch sound works. Check your sound settings to see if it was
accidentally removed.

In iOS10, the sound that a text message has sent seems to have
disappeared. I liked receiving this audible indication as I knew that
the message was successful in going out. Has anyone else noticed this
and is there a means of turning it back on that I do not know of?
Just as an example, this audible indication had been present in the
previous release of iOS.
