I do not use the third party keyboard, but use the app on a daily basis. MBraille has not crashed at all since I have upgraded to iOS 10.
Have you tried the common things like resetting your phone by holding down the power and home buttons for 10 seconds, or deleting the app, then reinstalling it? Note, if using an iPhone 7 series, to reset your phone, you have to hold down the power and volume down buttons since the changes to the home button.
