I have seen this, but the last couple of days I have not been able to reproduce this. For about a week though this was very annoying.

This used to work just fine prior to IOS 10. Now I say text and the name of one of my contacts. It asks what I want to say to that contact. I speak the text message and after I stop speaking it tells me what the message will say and asks if I want to go ahead and send it. I say yes and it says it will send it. So far so good. Now the problem comes. I then received a text from 662-453 saying the message was not understood and then I received another text from something like <-mobile-> repeating what my message was. Siri does not send the text to my contact even though it recognized it when I spoke text and the contact name. Any idea what is going on? thanks.
