Same thing, maybe you didn't see this, but when I replied originally I mentioned that I usually also use gift cards which I buy when they are 20% off to put a couple of hundred Dollars on my account, this then pays for our Apple Music Family subscription which here in Canada is $15/month or $180 a year and my 50 Gb of iCloud storage which I think is a bit over a Dollar here. This way Apple Music effectively costs me only $12 a month.
