Well, there are still times when it won't work for me. However, it may not always be necessary to completely reboot.
Just clear the memory. Hold the sleep/wake button for three seconds until you see the option to power off. Then press and hold the home button for six to eight seconds depending on which phone you have. Try loading Money Reader and recognizing currency again. But unfortunately neither of them works. I waved a dollar bill in front of my camera repeatedly while each app was running and it said nothing. I know the camera works because I opened TapTapSee immediately after trying Eyenote and the NantMobile Reader, and the camera works fine. Right now the download button is disabled. I've connected my iPad to my laptop several times, and every time, iTunes says that it's synchronizing, and makes that sound when it's done, but the app doesn't appear. But that’s not the end of it. Things get stranger. I tried to find the app with my iPad directly, thinking that if iTunes won't transfer it, I could install it that way. I've done it with the BARD app and the free version of the Tunein app with no problems. I can't find it. I did a search on the app store with no results. I tried the name exactly as it appears, entering carefully and checking it several times, NantMobile Money Reader, and when that didn't yield any results, I tried just Mobile Money Reader with some results, but not the money reader.
