Hello, Anouk. I too have noticed the sluggish bluetooth connection with the Brailliant BI 40, running IOS 10 on an iPhone 6. I called Humanware about it, and they told me it's an issue with the operating system, which I doubt.
I got a chance to try a Brailliant BI 32 on an iPhone 7 last night, and things seemed much more responsive. I am seriously considering getting an iPhone 7 for myself. I'm just wondering which iPhone you are using your Brailiant 40 on? Thanks.
