Don't think so, but you may be able to set restrictions and prevent some of the problems. Keep in mind that if you go to Settings > General > Restrictions you will b asked to set a 4-digit passcode. Make sure you don't forget it since otherwise you can't get back in there if you want to disable said restrictions.
