Hi Todd, This app does not recognize and read text that appears in an existing video which is how I understand your question. It does instant OCR and reads what it sees with the camera in video mode and also has a still camera mode where it basically does the same as KNFB Reader except I would be surprised if it did it as well. Basically it does what Talking Goggles does which costs $0.99. There was also an update for Talking Goggles today which mentioned "- Resolved iOS 10 issues" and "Performance improvements" in the What's New section.
