I apologize for taking so long to get back to you  on your question!  Honestly, 
I have no idea how you could select and unselect data app specific to store on 
iCloud.

Have you tried calling Apple Support with this perplexing issue?

BTW: When you get that solved would you please forward the answer on to yours 
truly?
