If so you have to first hide the keypad, the hide button is at the bottom right, if you can find the End Call button above the home buton you just have to swipe right once from there. Once the keyboard is hidden the mute button is the top button, here is the bottons that are present, keep in mind that at the very top is the name or number of who you are calling followed by the call duration timer: Mute Keypad Speaker Add Call Facetime Video Contacts End Call Interestingly enough when I just did a test call to a regular toll free phone number the Facetime Video button was not showing as dimmed or unavailable, but obviously it wasn't working and when I tapped it I was kicked back to the keypad showing on the screen.
