Thanks for the info, I also noticed the buttons on the screen when receiving an incoming call, but what I meant was if there was a finger gesture, similar to the magic tap, that I could perform instead of navigating through the buttons and selecting the answer button.
It's kind of like on the iPhone, when receiving a call, you can press on the button on the screen but you can also do the two finger double tap to answer the call, and again to hang it up, which is a lot quicker to answer and end calls. My apologies for not being clearer in my description. What eventually worked for me several times in calling myself from my home phone, was to push the top round button on the side, not the dock rectangular button. After pushing the top round button, an Answer button appeared on the screen. Single finger double tapping on that answered the call. The Answer button changed to an End button, and single finger double tapping this ended the call. There is also a Mute button to the right of the End button. Hope this works for others, keith -----Original Message----- From: viphone@googlegroups.com [mailto:viphone@googlegroups.com] On Behalf Of Daniel L. Would like to know if there is a different gesture or perhaps you can no longer answer or hang up a call with a simple gesture. I like to wear the watch over night for sleep tracking purposes, but sometimes it seems to wake up randomly and Voiceover then announces the time and while my wife is a sound sleeper, I don't want to disturb her. At the same time I don't want to turn Voiceover off which is easy to do since I may want to use the vibration method of checking the time when I wake up. One more thing, Aleeha, did I read somewhere about a gesture referred to as "magic touch" or am I dreaming? I am still trying to figure out the best way to pick up a phone call on the Apple Watch, a 2-finger double tap which works great on the phone doesn't seem to do it or at least not reliably. I just thought you had to go to the Watch app on the phone to adjust the volume. Thanks for the tip! You have to do it slowly, though, or you will run out of screen.
