No problem, doing the usual phone/iOS maintenance stuff like updating/restoring via iTunes or doing regular or encrypted backups is no problem. The thing I miss the most is easy management of tones in iTunes. I used to be able to simply arrow down my list of tones and press the spacebar to check or uncheck the ones I wanted and then sync, the same was true for apps at one point.

I can still select to sync all tones easily enough so my work-around is to have one folder with all my ringtones and this folder I don’t add to my iTunes library. I then have another folder and all tones in this folder I add to my library and thn I simply sync all tones. If I want to get rid of some I just go to the tones library in iTunes and delete the ones I no longer want and then resync. If I want to add tones I copy them into this folder, add it to the library again and then rsync. If you can select tones and apps with Jaws 18 and the latest version of iTunes you are the only one I know of who can do it and you really should do a Podcast and show all of us how it can be done.
