that they will look into it. The blind customer service rep had no
problems on his mac. Lol.

some of the problems. It appears that accessibility with iTunes in
windows has gotten worse over the years. I was just trying to see what
was possible when using iTunes with windows 10 after all there is the
need to sync data from the iPhone and iPad to one's computer from time
