Hi Rich, The only way I know of is to use the custom label feature of iOS which is a 2-finger double tap and hold. Unfortunately I have no idea how you do this on a braille display/keyboard. You can rename apps with this, but in the app switcher, for example, the apps may appear the old/original way and in some situations I guess it is possible that the label doesn’t stick and you may have to redo it.
