I am more and more impressed by the Bose Soundsport Bluetooth. They are very light and fairly small with very good sound. The fit is excellent for comfort and staying in place. The cable connecting the buds is long enough that they can hang around your neck and there is a clip in the middle to secure to the back of your shirt. $150

I think regarding ease of use and connectivity the Airpods will be the best since Apple has designed them to pair super-easy.
