Jeff, On Zello this is called the hands free feature. To use the hands free feature. All you need to do is the following. Use two fingers and double tap on the screen. You will now be in the hands free mode. Start speaking without having to leave your fingers on the screen. When finished. Just use your two fingers double tap to send the hands free mode.
So there are no settings that you need to turn on to use this feature. Hope that helps!
