Hi Mario, You write this email complaining about Apple not fixing things. I would like to ask you a question. How many times have you emailed or talked to Apple support on issues you are having. I would be willing to bet you are a whiner and complainer about a lot of other things but you don’t try and solve any of them. If you have contacted Apple support many times to report issues then I apologize to you. If you have not reported any issues and you are so unhappy with Apple then why don’t you get an Android phone?
So by whining and complaining is never going to solve anything. So either email Apple support or call them and tell them in a nice way what the issue is. Otherwise what good does it do to send an email to this group whining and complaining. Nothing is perfect in this world.
