If you have email setup on your iOS device, you could use the copy to clipboard VO command of a 3 finger quadruple tap to copy that text to the clipboard, then bring up mail, compose a new message with the group of people filled in, and paste the clipboard text in the message body. Again though, this is assuming you have an email account set in the iOS Mail app. If not, then go to Settings, Mail, and Accounts, and double tap the add account button.
