There is also Roboform which I think is about $20 a year and it is accessible with Voiceover on iOS and pretty accessible with a few quirks on the PC, don’t know about Mac. I recently Googled “Best Password Managers” and OnePassword rarely is mentioned among the best ones, Lastpass is mentioned, also Roboform and one of the top ones is Dashlane, but at least on the PC it is completely inaccessible.
