Hi Sandy, It converted my 1 hour and 43 minute movie in seconds and as Alan said, there was a message that it was done, but I could not find the Download button until I looked with the Jaws cursor. I was using Internet Explorer and with the Jaws cursor I was able to click on it, the standard "Open" or "Save" thing popped up and I clicked save, then the 51 Mb file took maybe 6 or 8 seconds to download and it then was in my Downloads folder. When I pressed enter on it iTunes opened up and it started playing.

You should receive a message that converting your YouTube video to mp3 worked and there will be a download button near the top of the screen that you execute to start the download. It is right above a convert another video button.
