Moving on from Siri pronouncing names wrongly, can one give voice-over: in my
case, Australian Samantha or is it Karen?: the same instruction on everyday
words?
The everyday word being comic which Samantha/Karen pronounces as "carmic".
The future of the nation will neither rise nor will it fall by it, but I want
to reeducate whichever of the worthy ladies is filling the role of voice-over
supremo as to its correct pronunciation.
If she pronounces comic as carmic, which she does, she should pronounce copy as
carpy which she does not.
