Did you turn "Turn Pages When Panning" ON? In Settings | Accessibility |
VoiceOver | Braille Display. That seemed to work for me when reading iBooks.

Is anyone else having an issue while reading in the iBooks app with a
braille display? When the page is being switched the braille display lands
in the middle or the second or third line? Not always at the top of the next
page?
If anyone else has had this issue, how did you solve it?
