Did you prepare for the update by emptying your app switcher and doing at least a reboot of the phone or, even better, a Reset Network Settings? At this point the Reset Network Settings is what I would do first (after you empty your app switcher). It is in Settings > General > Reset. This may fix your issue or it may not, but it's the best thing to do first. After you do this you will have to reconnect to your WiFi and, if your phone is called anything other than "iPhone", go to Settings > General > About and rename it again as the reset will also reset the name to just "iPhone".
