What account type is your email? Is it IMAP or Exchange? I tried the Outlook app for a while and while it's OK I find the native mail account is more efficient especially if you use more than one email account. I also didn't find dealing with contacts in Outlook intuitive, if you are in one mailbox and want to go to another you have to actually double tap on a "Close" button at the top left whereas in the native Mail app I can just do a scrub gesture to go back tyo my main list of accounts. I also like how in the native mail app I can show any mailbox I want on the main mail screen and I really like the way how it now handles threaded messages with the Messages option in the rotor. I know some people hate this, but I find it works exceptionally well for me and I think in many cases those who don't like it may have just not understood how it works and mastered how to navigate with it.
