Hi Fanus, There is definitely something wrong then because if I download music to my iPhone I can put it in airplane mode and still listen to it. The hole point about downloading music is so you can listen offline like when you are for example on a long flight etc. My wife downloads a lot of the music in her playlists and when she flew back to the Philippines recently she was able to have music for the 14 hour nonstop flight.
