Thanks for responding. Yes, my watch is working fine now. I ended up going to the apple store and got a lot of help. I think my 15 month old granddaughter messed it up. She loves to push buttons and hear mini mouse. Needless to say I don’t wear it around her anymore. I do love the watch. Again thanks for responding.
