(1800) 936-5900. They are very helpful and have helped me several times. They will probably want to go onto your computer and will tell you what you need to do to facilitate that. I realize I should ask this question somewhere else. But I honestly don't know where else to ask it. Plus, the issue does affect my iPhone at times, but is easily correctable. I am still using windows 7. I use Thunderbyrd as my mail client. I wouldn't really know what else to use. Plus, I like it. For quite a while now, I am asked to enter my password. I know the password well, so this is not an issue. This problem can happen often, and usually over time, I can get it to work again. But since late last night, I can't seem to straighten out the issue. Every time I enter my password, I get a message saying that the log inn has failed. As you can see, I can use the Outlook App on my phone, just fine. So I am really at a loss as to what to do, anymore. I can't send email from my laptop, and in most cases, I would prefer to do this. Does anyone have any thoughts as to what could be going on? If so, would you have any suggestions as to how to fix the issue, preferably for good? Any help with this matter would be very much appreciated. I am beyond frustrated at this point.
