If you reset a phone completely I doubt the My Info section remains, after all, 
if there are no contacts on the phone then there can't be anything in this. I 
assume that maybe SIRI associates the phone by some means, maybe it is best to 
turn SIRI off before signing out of iCloud and doing a reset.

I suspect one should delete the "my info" section in the Siri settings.
I believe that is where Siri gets your name.
One would have thought by deleting the content, that would be deleted.
That is pure guesswork on my part.
