Are you just not getting calls to ring? What do you see in your Recent call log? Check that Do not Disturb is off and the mute switch is not flipped towards the back of the phone. If people try to call you and you just don't get the calls at all you might want to reboot your phone, if that doesn't help turn off the phone again, remove the SIM, re-insert it and turn the phone back on.
