If you are not interested in saving the document, the iDentifi app can be set to recognize text and does a good job, but it is slow. TextGrabber for around $5 can also do a good job, is fairly fast, and you can copy and paste the text easily somewhere else for saving and it does allow you to go back in your history to see previous scans. iDentifi also will let you copy and paste, but it is a little more temperamental. KNFB Reader, for $99.99, is by far the fastest, plus gives you the option to save the document and add pages to it, etc. Those are the easiest to use apps. Prizmo, at $9.99, does a good job, but is fairly tedious to use in my opinion. HTH, Richard
