Hi everyone,
I have three accounts on my iPhone using the native mail app, all
of which are Yahoo accounts. This one is an att.net account, one
is an sbcglobal.net account, and the other is simply a yahoo.com
account. I have been using the native mail app for many years
with these three accounts with absolutely no problem...until last
night! This account is working fine, as is the sbcglobal.net one,
but the yahoo.com?!? It's a nightmare! The trouble began when I
downloaded and installed the Outlook mail app, which worked fine
but seemed to interfere with the native app as far as being able
to download mail in a timely manner and also failing to download
the entire message from the server. I first got rid of the
Outlook app and even the Yahoo mail app as I preferred the native
app, but it didn't seem to make any difference. I deleted the
Yahoo.com account and added it back, but it made no difference.
I have quite a bit of mail in it and it took forever for it to
download, which isn't the norm, no matter how much mail there is.
As a matter of fact, it took it a bit to even load the info to
save the account. So, I deleted the whole shooting match, and
even removed the app from my phone! When I again retrieved it and
added all the accounts back, the other two cooperated nicely but
the Yahoo.com one was the same old same old. Often when I
attempt to open a message in that in box, I get this:
This message cannot be displayed because of the way it is
formatted. Ask the sender to send it again using a different
format or email program. multipart/alternative
Can anyone shed any light on what might be going on here? I'm
about to pull my hair out! The account works fine with the other
email programs, BTW, but I'm wanting to use the native app and am
at a loss as how to proceed. Thanks for any help you guys may be
able to give me!

I have ended up deleting my yahoo account completely from the
phone. I can pick up the mail elsewhere. I've had trouble with
my phone months now. I was told it was a Yahoo problem, and it
will be, since I've had a hassle because of the password issue.

Hi, how are you? Ok relax now. so the firs thing you need to
do is to do a hard reset by pressing the power button and the
home button, hold them or press them for 10 seconds, then your
phone wil turn off and turn back on. then delete your yahoo
account that you are having issues with, and add it back in.
Yes, you delete your account before but add it again after you
you did a hard reset. and if you have an iphone 7, don't
press the power button and the home button; instead, press
thepower button and volume down button. Hope this ehlps! I look

The SpeedDots overlays help for getting the letters accurately.
I think I use touch typing, the one where the letter registers
when you take your finger off. It's still not perfect, needs a
steady hand.. Siri, or dictation has great mileage out and
about, so
long as environment isn't too noisy. Worth correcting input too,
as I still find dictation not bril' at punctuating into something
readable. I wonder if small bluetooth keypads of any kind would
have mileage in this situation. I'm yet to hear of a small,
bluetooth braille keypad yet, and can't understand why not. If
there is, I bet it costs $$$s. No need for it to, it just
would.

I have had my ipad mini 4 for a little over a year. I would like
to get an iphone Se, but I can't seem to type without making tons
of errors on the ipad. I have a Brailliant Bi 32 that I use for
texting and any other typing task, but there may be times when I
will not have my Brailliant available, especially when I'm out in
public and need to text someone quickly. I have touch typing
enabled. I tried using the split tap method on standard typing,
but I cannot seem to get the hang of the split tap. Therefore,
if anyone has any tips on how to get more accurate with touch
typing, please feel free to share or write me offlist.

Practice, practice, practice. I still make errors on my iPad
Mini 2 which I've had for three or four years, and still make
typing errors. It's just all part of the touch screen
experience. At least VoiceOver is very helpful in this area. I
find passwords more frustrating, so am starting to type passwords
in a standard text field such as a text message, but instead of
sending it anywhere obviously, I use the edit option in the
rotor, choose select all, then choose cut after using the edit
option in the rotor if necessary.. I could, of course, use the
text selection option in the rotor and choose select all that
way, but since I want to transfer the text to the pasteboard,
it's just easier to do it from one rotor setting. Having said
that, with the nice improvements to Braille Screen Input in iOS
10, such as typing feedback in contracted Braille, I use that
nearly all of the time rather than the standard keyboard.

number. Do this on the phone, where you wish this behaviour to

Michelle would like to add her email accounts to the iPhone 6
Plus, that she received from my mother, but currently, we see a
problem, which is preventing her from doing so.
On my iPhone 5s running the latest version of iOS 10, I noticed
the trash/delete/archive/move all options are no longer there.
Yes, there is mark all, but that doesn't do the said options.
Am I right in thinking, that they truly have been removed in any
iOS versions past all iOS 9 versions?

Now, for my little teaser of a thought, since I'd hate to ruin
this topic, as it was initially a topic regarding iOS & mail.
I am glad to be on a way newer iOS device than the iPhone 5s,
