Odd, I went right to the app that you gave. Theta poker.
It was like the only option as far as apps goes. it said 3.99. It also offers to work with apple TV. Mind, not everyone is good with poker games. I just happen to be a very long time player of poker games. Its a combo of skill and luck. Also, take your time and look at the cards on the table and whats in your hand.
