On my 6S Plus it was a 2.2 Gb download. Interestingly enough after deleting the beta profile and restarting the iPhone I opened iTunes with my phone connected and when I clicked on "Check for updates" iTunes told me I had the latest version installed. I then went to Software Update on my phone and it showed me 10.3 was available at 2.2 Gb. I just downloaded it which thanks to my new fibre connection only took a couple of minutes and it's now installing, the phone rebooted 3 or 4 minutes ago so I assume it will be another 5 or 6 minutes since it usually takes about 10 minutes once the phone restarts and goes silent.

That said, I wonder if you'd be less likely to have any issues by installing the one larger download so I've also decided to remove the beta profile and allow it to reinstall.
