Unfortunately, your article seems to be correct. For those of you who have the 
Radium app and are running iOS 10.3, if you launch Radium, you will get a 
dialogue that says this app will not be supported in future versions of iOS and 
that the developer must update it. So this is going to be the end of the line 
for that app unless the folks who made a Radium change their minds and update 
it. If you go into settings, you can find a list of any 32-bit apps that you 
have that will not work when Ios 11 comes out unless they are updated. For me, 
the only one I care about is  Radium. My other ones are Russian apps that I 
don't use all that often.
