mine seems to be updating, as i can hear the progress of the download.
Also, when i go to the apps, after closing the app store, and go to the app,
it says, recently updated.

Sounds like it might be something on Apple's end not showing that the
app has been updated. Or maybe the update isn't actually installing
prompting it to download it again the next time you go to the app store.

this all started for me with Monday's 10.3.1 update. So it could be a
bug with that update causing this.

told blindfold rulette and dice world had an update. I updated them
