Maybe the camera lens needs cleaning? Hard to see why it would not work, I found it worked easily the very first time I tried.

I had a look at the Invision ELI app on the app store, here is what the one review that was listed says: Poorly designed app barely usable 1 Star by TallyChip Do you think the company selling products to the visually impaired could do better than this with their app design, which offers no feedback at all via voice over as to how to use it or control it. I thought I had heard on one of these blind IPhone lists, that the Eli app was indeed accessible and worked very well. So I downloaded the Eli app and purchased a set of labels. But once the labels finally came in, I fired up the app only to find it totally not accessible in voice over. Can anyone help me with this? Perhaps I’m just doing something wrong? I might try to find a sightling and turn off voice over and see if they can operate the app and if it works well out of voice over.
